Genet Gebregioris (born 1975 in Addis Ababa) is an Ethiopian middle distance runner who competed in the late 1990s and early 2000s. She won a bronze medal in the 1500 metres at the 1995 All-Africa Games held in Harare. Three years later in Dakar at the 1998 African Championships she won a silver medal in the 3000 metres.
